Below is important information regarding race day and packet pickup options

 

 

***Race location is Washington Lake Park! (Not The Village Pub) After Party is at The Village Pub starting at 11am (or a bit sooner).

  • Race Date: March 10th, 2019
  • Start Time: 10AM (Day Lights Savings time change Note) ***Please be parked and ready to run by 9:45am. If you need to pick up your bib, arrive no later than 9:15am to get settled in.
  • Race Location: Washington Lake Park located at 626 Hurfville Cross-Keys Road, Washington Township.  Check-In and Start is located near the Amphitheater.
  • Packet Pickup Options:
    • Saturday – March 9th from 10am-Noon at Running Co in Haddonfield – Kings Highway. You may pick up for others! 20% Discount for those who pick up
    • Saturday – March 9th from 2pm-4pm at Running Co in Mullica Hill – Main Street. You may pick up for others. 20% off discount for those who pick up.
    • Sunday (Race Day) – March 10th from 8:30-9:30am. Registration/Pick Up area is located near the Amphitheater at Washington Lake Park. 
  • Awards: Winners will be announced at the Amphitheater at approximately 10:40AM. Medals are given to the top 3 Overall Runners and Top 3 Runners per Age Group.

  • After Party Details:
    • Location – The Village Pub located at 139 Egg Harbor Road, Sewell NJ 08080
    • Time – 11AM (or a bit sooner) – 12:30PM (or as late as you want to stay!)
    • 1 Complimentary Guinness (or Domestic Beer) is Included (Drink Tickets Provided)
    • There will be some Complimentary Irish Apps!
    • Irish Themed Music will be playing!
    • Best Dressed Competition – Winner receives a gift card to The Village Pub!
    • The Wheel of Luck will be at the After Party!!! Some Lucky participants will get a chance to play!
    • Drink Specials Offered and a Special Food Menu!
  • Weather Policy: Rain or Shine
  • Bag Check: We will have Bag Check Available for Race. Must Pick Up Bag by 11am.  
  • Results: Results will be posted on this website and be available immediately following the race. They will also be emailed to all pre-registered runners.
  • Photos: Free Downloadable Photos will be available on this website within 24 hours of race day!
