Run the Vineyards – 5 Miler FAQ and PPU Info

Race Day is just ahead! 🙂 Here is some information which will help make your day amazing!

  • Date and Time: Race Starts at 9am on April 28th. (Please arrive EARLY – Before 8:30 – recommended between 7:15-8am). We will kick things off at 8:45am with a Pre Race Warm Up performed by B Fit Training with Brandi!
  • Location: William Heritage Winery is located at 480 Mullica Hill Road, Mullica Hill, NJ. 
  • Packet Pick Up Options:  We strongly encourage as many runners as possible to take advantage of the Pre-race day Packet Pick Up options – see below! Please note, runners may pick up for others.  We suggest that you have the bib numbers for the runners you are picking up for please. The Running Store will offer 20% off discounts to those who would like to purchase running gear at the store (PPU Days Only)!
    1. Thursday (April 25th) from 3pm-6:00pm at the Running Co of Haddonfield located on Kings Highway
    2. Saturday (April 27th) from 10am-2pm at Running Co. of Mullica Hill at 86 N Main Street, Mullica Hill
    3. Sunday (April 28th) 7:15am-8:30am at William Heritage Vineyards
  • Course Map: Course will be well marked and volunteers directing at important turns. Police will be controlling traffic on roads for your safety


  • Results: This is a chip timed race. Results will be calculated using a chip start and finish. Any questions regarding the results may be directly handled by the timer for quickest response (His contact info will be on Results web site). However, please feel free to email us if you need assistance.
    • There will be a computer kiosk near the finish line where runners can check their results.
    • Results will be posted on line at and emailed to you.
    • We will post link on Facebook.
  • Awards: Presentation of awards will take place at the Musician Stage at approximately 10:15am. Awards will not be mailed – they should be accepted at the on-site at presentation. Overall Awards are based on Gun Time. Age Group Awards are based on Chip Time.
  • Swag: Your selected shirt and bib will be distributed at Packet Pick Up or on race morning. Souvenir wine glasses will be distributed at Finish Line. Shirt Exchanges are available after race only until 11am. 
  • Vendors: Please visit the variety of vendors at the post race festival.
    • 3 Food Trucks – The Pizza Wagon, Top Shelf Mobile Cuisine, and Sugar Matt
    • Massage Table
    • Apparel and retail Items
    • Running Clubs
  • Live Music: Greg Jones will be performing at the post race festival from 10am til Noon.
  • Wine: You will have a drink ticket on your race bib for a complimentary glass of wine. Additional wine sales by the glass, bottle, and case will be available.
  • Photos: Free downloadable photos will be emailed to you on Monday – April 29th.
  • Water Station: 3 Water Stations will be located on the course at approximately Mile 2, Mile 3 and Mile 4. There will also be water at the Finish Line.
  • Spectators: Guests are welcome to cheer and participate at the Festival.
  • Bag Check: There will be a Bag Check station near the start/finish line. Your bib will have a bag check ticket for you to use if you choose. Checked bags should be picked up within 15 minutes of completing run.
  • Miscellaneous Important Notes:
    • There will be NO Race Day Registration available. 
    • Bandit Runners are Strictly Prohibited.
    • Absolutely No Transfers or Refunds are Permitted.
    • No strollers or dogs are permitted on the course.
    • Event is Rain or Shine!
    • No Outside Alcohol is Permitted Per State Law and ABC Regulations
