Race Day Info for Monroeville Winery 10K

Welcome 10K Runners! Below is important information to help make your race day a great race day!

  1. Date of Race: September 13th, 9am
  2. Address: Monroeville Winery is located at 314 Richwood Road, Monroeville, NJ 08343
  3. After Party Notes: We will have Live Music by Greg Jones from 10-12:30. Plus Little Beefs will be on site selling great food. All items are under $10. Lawn Chairs are recommended. While there are tables and chairs available for many, it is recommended to bring some lawn chairs for the after party, as there are large fields to gather and enjoy yourself for many hours. The vineyard will remain open until 5pm. Outside picnicking food is allowed, but outside alcohol beverages are not.
  4. Complimentary Wine: Each runner will have the opportunity to enjoy a glass of wine from 2 Wineries. There will be a ticket assigned to each winery for redemption.
  5. On-site Registration:  We will offer registration on race day and at PPU. Cost of race is $50 CASH. (shirt sizes are likely, but not guaranteed for same day registration).
  6. Race Course: The course is mostly dirt and grass trail, but also paved roads. Trail shoes are not necessary. Course Map is here.
  7. Parking: Free Parking on site – you will be directed by parking attendants. There is parking for all, but please consider car pooling to event.
  8. Packet Pick Up Option 1: Saturday (9/12) from 10am-1pm at the Running Company in Mullica Hill, located at 86 N Main Street, Mullica Hill, NJ 08062. You may pick up for others! (if convenient, this option is recommended) Plus, take advantage of 10% savings at the Mullica Hill Store that Day for Registered Runners!
  9. Packet Pick Up Option 2: Race Day – Sunday – from 7:15am – 8:30am at Monroeville Winery.
  10. Race Results: While there will be opportunities on site to receive your race results, detailed on-line race results will be available on this website at the appropriate race page. Results are posted almost instantaneously. Direct Results Link will be emailed and provided on this site.
  11. Timing Info: This race is Chip Timed and the electronic chip sensors will be located on the back of your bibs. Please do not remove. Also, it is important to pin bib on front of your shirt – this allows for the highest efficiency of chip reads.  Chip times will be calculated once you cross the start line. Your timed results will be calculated using both “chip timing”  and “gun timing”.
  12. Awards: We offer awards to runners based on “Gun Time” for top 3 overall runners in gender. However, we use “Chip Time Results” for top 3 in each age group per gender.   Therefore, if you are interested in competing for an award, it is recommended that you start near the front of the pack.
  13. Photos: We will have a Photographer at the race and will post links to website within a couple days after run to view pics. We will also email you the link. PHOTOS ARE FREE!
  14. Bag Check: We offer a bag check next to the registration area for the race. Please note that any items placed in bag check area should be picked up by 11am.
  15. Swag for Purchase: We will offer some cool new apparel for sale after the run from about 10-12:30 for anyone interested.
  16. Guests/Spectators: We love them! So have them join and cheer on! If they are interested in participating in the wine tasting, they will simply pay the normal tasting fees charged by the wineries.
